• Email address (optional)
• The content of the message you submit

Purposes of Processing

Your personal data is processed for the following purposes:

• Responding to your questions, requests, and suggestions
• Providing information about our projects
• Enabling our sales office to follow up with you

Legal Basis

Your personal data is processed pursuant to KVKK Article 5/2(c), as it is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract, and Article 5/2(f), as it is necessary for our legitimate interests, provided that such interests do not infringe on your fundamental rights and freedoms.

Transfers

Your personal data is shared on a limited basis with our email infrastructure provider (Resend Inc.) and our hosting provider (Vercel Inc.). It is not shared with any other third parties.

Retention Period

Your personal data is retained for the period required to respond to your request. If retention is required for longer due to legal obligations, the periods set forth in the relevant legislation will be observed.

Your Rights

Under KVKK Article 11, you may apply to the Company to exercise the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Learn whether your personal data is being processed
• Request information about it if processed
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in accordance with that purpose
• Learn the third parties to whom your data has been transferred, in Turkey or abroad
• Request correction if your data has been processed incompletely or inaccurately
• Request deletion or destruction within the conditions set out in the KVKK
• Request that corrections, deletions, and destructions be communicated to third parties to whom the data was transferred
• Object to a result that disadvantages you arising solely from automated processing
• Claim damages if you have suffered loss due to unlawful processing

To exercise your rights under KVKK, you may contact us at iletisim@dgnyapi.tr or by sending a written application to the postal address above. Your application will be answered within thirty (30) days at the latest, in accordance with KVKK Article 13.
